1. How do you usually work with clients?
Delivery of the programme:
This takes the form of a blend of approaches, which includes 1:1 coaching via video link, group coaching webinars and online learning. Experiential exercises, facilitate and embed new insights.
There is also a LiveWell masterclass membership site, where you can interact with peers and learn from and gain support from them. You will also be able to share your breakthroughs, for others to learn from.
Positive accountability to yourself, to make the changes needed in your life to achieve your goals, is built into the programme. Your peer group will also support you to stay accountable.
2. What outcomes will I get from attending the programme? What are the learning objectives?
The goal is to ensure that you, as a leader, are empowered and equipped through coaching, to transform at a deep level and to tap into your own resourcefulness.
You will gain and embed the knowledge, skills, mindset and behaviours, to optimise and sustain, your resilience and performance. You will achieve a better life balance, using the LiveWell Framework and move to get to where you want to be in life. Thriving and taking your team(s) with you too. Knowing what support is available and how you can incorporate it, as and when needed, will reduce your risk of burnout.
3. What is resilience?
Resilience is the capacity to recover quickly from difficulties; toughness. (Oxford English Dictionary).
It is the ability to overcome and cope even when there are barriers or setbacks. Resilience can be taught and focuses on emotional, cognitive, physical and spiritual components. Resilience enhances your quality of life and decreases stress, which is linked to burnout. Cultivating the ability to view challenges as opportunities.
We will assess where your current resilience levels are. We will plan how to increase and sustain your resilience and that of your teams’ and how to work with your organisation to can do to support this.
4. What is burnout?
Burn-out is defined in the World Health Organisation’s International Classification of Disease – version 11 (ICD-11) as follows:
“Burn-out is a syndrome conceptualized as resulting from chronic workplace stress that has not been successfully managed. It is characterized by three dimensions:
• feelings of energy depletion or exhaustion;
• increased mental distance from one’s job, or feelings of negativism or cynicism related to one’s job; and
• reduced professional efficacy.
Burn-out refers specifically to phenomena in the occupational context and should not be applied to describe experiences in other areas of life.”
It is essential for employers to put into place key processes and systems, using evidence and best practice, to reduce the risk of burnout as well as facilitate support when needed for staff burnout.
Leaders and their staff, can in addition, optimise their own resilience and wellbeing, to reduce their risk, or improve recovery from, burnout, and thrive, using a bespoke coaching package created for them. The LiveWell Mastermind is such a programme.
5. What can I expect on the call?
We will discuss your current situation, what you’d like to change and carry out a high level analysis so we can determine what’s working well and crucially, the root issue of what’s NOT working too. Once we’re both clear on what’s going on there, we will discuss your goals.
6. Who is Dr Sridevi Kalidindi?
Dr Sri Kalidindi is an executive and life coach, a doctor, author, teacher, academic, Board Trustee, national NHS clinical leader, wife and mother of two (or three if you include the dog – AKA the fur-baby)!
7. How do I enrol?

- yourself individually,
- use your personal development budget or,
- through your organisation.
